If you don't want to open your browser, go to a web site and log into an account, each time you have to check your email, then a mail client is exactly what you need. It lets you check your messages, from the comfort of your desktop, for one or more accounts. This is what you can do with nPOPuk. Simplicity is the software's main advantage, so you will be able to exchange emails as fast and easy as possible.

You can find nPOPuk for any Windows operating system, from Win 95 to Win 7, as well as various smart phone and pocket PC models. The software comes in a 562 KB archive and you don't need to go through an installation process. You can extract its files and run the executable right away.

nPOPuk lets you set up countless mailboxes. Your accounts are listed on the left side of the user interface and your messages and their contents are displayed in the larger area on the right. To add a mailbox, you can start with the necessary settings from the ground up or start with a template. You may also create or import a savebox.

You can check one or all accounts, for new messages, manually or you can let the program do it automatically. Messages can be marked as read, unread, flagged for follow-up or marked for deleting. Once your messages are marked, you may click an option to update the account and execute the aforementioned actions.

The software provides mostly everything that you would expect from a mail client. It lets you make various SSL settings, for POP3 and SMTP, enable APOP, create signatures, create filters, to automatically reject, accept, mark and perform other actions on incoming messages and much more.

Pros

nPOPuk offers the same features as other mail clients, but it is much simpler. It lets you configure numerous mailboxes and it will display your new messages right away. It doesn't need to be installed and it is available for most Windows platforms, as well as various mobile devices.

Cons

There are no options for importing or exporting contacts. You don't need to waste your time with complicated mail clients. nPOPuk offers the same functionality, but it is much easier to use.
